She was predeceased by : her parents, Lura Mae (Gearlds) and Elner Bartley; her spouse Freddie Gillenwater; her daughter-in-law Dana Gillenwater; and her brother Freddie Gene Bartley.

She is survived by : her son Timmy Gillenwater (Louise Hays) of Tompkinsville, KY; her grandchildren, Hillary (Randy Lee) of Knob Lick, KY and Houston (Lindsey Gillenwater) of Tompkinsville, KY; her great grandchildren, JC, Harper, Harmony, MaKinley, Maizley and Maverick; her sisters, Brenda Harlan (Veachel) of Tompkinsville, KY and Linda Holt; and her sister-in-law Janice Bartley of Tompkinsville, KY. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Pansy's memory may be made to Monroe County Backpack Program or to American Cancer Society.
