She was predeceased by: her parents, Reed Rich and Ruby Rich (Guffey); her former husband Wallace McCandless; her daughter Tammy Graham; and her brothers-in-law, Terry Goad and James Cary.
She is survived by: her husband Jimmy Curtis Young; her son Michael Shaw (Kim); her stepchildren, Michael Young, Jeff Young (Vanessa), Timmy, Greg McCandless, Lisa Gunner, Rita McCandless and Debbie Simmons; her sisters, Kathleen Goad and Barbara Cary; and her grandchildren, Shannon Bragg (Mike), Shane Henson and Jaime Shaw. She is also survived by several grandchildren, step-grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
