He is survived by: his son Brad Curtis of Tompkinsville; his brother-in-law Joe Fred Butler (Betty Jo Hall) of Tompkinsville; his sister Linda Dodson (Marrs); his sibling's children, Kim Walden (Chris) and Jason Dodson (Amy) of Moss, Tennessee; and his great-nephew Will Dodson.
