It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Teddy Chapman of Tompkinsville, Kentucky, who passed away on October 27, 2025, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Reggie and Jessie Pearl Chapman (Humes). He is survived by: his wife Robbie Chapman (Hunter); his children, Jessica Shaw and Nick Chapman (Amanda) of Scottsville; his son-in-law Jonathan Shaw; his grandchildren, Abigail, Keaton Shaw, Meleah, Madison and Makenzie Chapman; his brothers, Tony (Lori Chapman) of Cub Run and Toby (Lisa Chapman) of Tompkinsville; his siblings' children, Lauren Shirley (John) and Will Chapman; and his parents-in-law, Mayme and Darnell Hunter.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 29th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, October 30th 2025 from 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Thursday, October 30th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Bartley & Sons Funeral Home (204 Columbia Ave, Tompkinsville, KY 42167). A burial was held on Thursday, October 30th 2025 at the Skaggs Creek Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Skaggs Creek Cemetery in memory of Teddy.
