He was predeceased by: his parents, Ves Frazier and Nettie Pennington Frazier; his daughter Melinda Frazier (Katrina Arnett Frazier); the mother of his children Catherine White Frazier; and his siblings, Margie Rich, Carolyn Lambert, Ruth Davis, Carolene Frazier, Joe and Shorty Frazier.
He is survived by: his daughters, Lynn Allen (Shannon Gass) of Moss and Christy Frazier Webb (Kevin) of Tompkinsville; his stepson Mathew Bartley (Heather) of Tompkinsville; his grandchildren, Lori Hood (Tyler Poland), Britney Allen, Heather Allen, Garrett Smith, Kadden Smith, Adalyn Webb and Emree Webb; his stepgrandchildren, Nolan Barbee and Rosie Bartley; his great grandchild Ryder Poland; and his siblings, Mary Kingrey and Harold Frazier.
