He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd T. Turner and Orene Turner (Shockley). He is survived by: his children, John Turner of Tompkinsville, KY, Dakota Rice of Gamaliel, KY, Cheyenne Turner of Tompkinsville, KY and Aimee Turner of Tompkinsville, KY; and his siblings, Kim Turner of Scottsville, KY, Susan Jenkins of Glasgow, KY and Jimmy Turner of Glasgow, KY.. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Troy's memory may be made for funeral expenses.
