She is survived by: her sons, Ronnie Butler of Trosper, Larry Butler (Cathy) of Trosper and Carlos Butler (Anna) of Trosper; her stepson William G. Butler (Barb) of Latonia, KY; her daughters, Thelma Hall (Ollie) of London, KY and Karen Towe (Randy) of London, KY; her sister Dorothy Shores (Orville) of Corbin, KY; and her close friend Charlene Manis.
