Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Gertrude Jean McClaskey of Turners Station, Kentucky, who passed away at the age of 89, on July 26, 2025. She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Gladys (Davis) and Henry Tingle; her husband Charles Grafton McClaskey; and her children, Cinda Lea Sharp, Mark Thomas, Steven Bruce and Kevin Ray McClaskey.
She is survived by: her son Charles Dennis McClaskey (Carol) of Shelbyville; her sisters, Mary Evelyn Gass of Louisville and Maxine Copley (Earl) of Turners Station; and her grandchildren, Miranda Runion of Turners Station, Randy Sharp and Savannah McClaskey of Taylorsville. She is also survived by her 7 Great-Grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Beckley Funeral Home (5710 Castle Hwy, Pleasureville, KY 40057). A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 at the Pleasureville Cemetery (1548 Ditto Cemetery Rd, Pleasureville, KY 40057).
