He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Kimball Blomquist of Union, Kentucky; his son William; his daughter-in-law Kimberly Blomquist of Lake Orion, Michigan; his daughter Susan; his son-in-law Craig Speicher of Florence, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Isaac, Katie Speicher, Jonathan, Emilie Speicher, Abigail, Joshua McCord, Corey Blomquist and Scott Blomquist; and his great grandchildren, Theodore Speicher and Arielle Speicher.
