He is survived by: his wife Lois Kugali (Anderson); his children, Lori Zyk (Larry), Gregory Kugali (Lauren), Andrea Kugali, Patricia Deters (Brian), Karen Kugali and Kathryn Kugali (Michael Chadwell); his grandchildren, Gabe, Scarlett and Miles; and his siblings, Elaine Kazakis and John Kuqali. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, relatives and friends.
