She was predeceased by: her parents, Curtis McIntyre and Shella Watkins McIntyre; and her brothers, Rondell and Willis McIntyre. She is survived by: her husband Charles Wallingford; her daughters, Angie Smith (Brian) and Debbie Lehmkuhl (Jason); her granddaughters, Lindsey Butcher (Alex), Ellie Smith and Ava Lehmkuhl; and her sister Jewel McKee.
