He was predeceased by: his parents, Orville John and Eddie Mae Haynes Mayfield; and also Elizabeth Ann Mayfield. He is survived by: his son Harold Wayne Mayfield, Jr.; his siblings, John William Mayfield (Diane) and Rosemary Wiebell; his grandchildren, Samuel Wayne Mayfield, Shannon Mae Mayfield, Stephen Boisvert and Sierra Blankenship (Nick); and his great grandchild Remington Blankenship.
Due to the current COVID-19 restrictions, face masks are encouraged, social distancing is encouraged, and 60% capacity will be limited at the church.
