It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Whitlock of Union, Kentucky, born in Middlefield, Ohio, who passed away on March 18, 2021, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Whitlock and Esculene Whitlock; and his sister Marsha Treend. He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline Whitlock; his son Chuck Whitlock; his daughter-in-law April; his grandchildren, Charlie Whitlock III, Mackensie Whitlock and William Whitlock; his daughter Cheri Palmer; his son-in-law Dan; and his stepchildren, Jessica Martinson, Catrina Martinson, Matthew Palmer and Megan Homer.
