He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia Helen Page; and his daughter Laurie Page-Peck. He is survived by: his spouse Marjorie Page; his children, Wendy Taylor (Jim), Stephen Page (Martha), Amy Beth Hayden (Jeff) and David Page (Jalena); his sister Peter Page; and his nephews, Ella, Winnie and Tucker. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 1 great grandson; many nieces and nephews.
