He was predeceased by: his mother Charlene Agrue. He is survived by: his father Chester Fugate, Jr.; his stepmother Susan Fugate; and his siblings, Jeffrey Fugate (Carolyn) and Jackie Collett (Chris Link). He is also survived by 1 nephew; 2 nieces; 2 great nephews; 3 great nieces; many aunts, uncles, other relatives and friends.
