He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Moore and Verna Mae Shrout Moore. He is survived by: his wife Artie Boling Moore; his sons, Donald Ashley Clay Moore of Elsmere, KY and Christopher Brian Moore (Amanda) of Burlington, KY; his stepson Nathan Whalen of Independence, KY; his daughter Stacy Colleen Jackson of Bromley, KY; his stepdaughter Angel Townsend of Indianapolis, IN; his brother Allen Moore (Darlene) of Florence, KY; his half-brother Timothy Blaine Claypool of Erlanger, KY; his sisters, Kathy Boling of Warsaw, KY and Pamela Combs of Union, KY; and his half-sisters, Verna Louie of Clarksville, TN and Tammy Kelly of Florence, KY. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren and ten step great grandchildren.
