We are sad to announce that on March 1, 2022, at the age of 58, Donna Kaye Sebastian of Union, Kentucky, born in Clay, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Berryjack Gilbert and Dorothy Gilbert; and her sister Marcy Bowling. She is survived by: her husband Roger Sebastian; her children, Christopher Roger Sebastian (Susan Rachel), Tyler Sebastian (Julia), Samuel Sebastian, Matthew Sebastian, Sean Sebastian, Kaleah Sebastian and Kaiser Sebastian; her grandchildren, Chloe, Bryson, Liam, Levi and Eleanor; her siblings, Charity Hope Smith (Wendell) and Marty Beach; her siblings-in-law, Sammy Sebastian and Phyllis Reffitt; her nieces and nephews, Whitney, Allie, Carly, Jordan, Brian, Anthony, Doodle, Shon, Justin, John, Josh, Larry, Aubree, Xavier, Amelia and Kayla; and her pet Lila. She is also survived by friends and relatives.
