He is survived by: his children, Dora Sue Johnson, Mark Johnson and Terry Miller; his grandchildren, Angel Schweitzer of Fruita, CO, Michael Schweitzer of Fruita, CO and Mark Wayne Johnson Jr. of Fruita, CO; and his great grandchild Jeremiah Schweitzer. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
