She was predeceased by: her parents, Hubert Peters and Sallie Peters (Warren); and her siblings, Kenneth Peters, Maudean Smith and Janice Mays Bruner.
She is survived by: her husband William Todd, Sr.; her children, Tammy Jackson (Shawn) and William "Hoppy" Todd, Jr.; her siblings, Alma Smith, Sonny Peters (Shirley), Margaret Ann Mills (Don), Carolyn Sue Bright (Denver) and Tammy Richmond (Mike); and her grandchildren, Jerome Todd, Kaleb Gamble and Cameron Gamble. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and cherished friends.
