He was predeceased by: his wife Emily Ann Arts; his parents, Robert William and Julia Carrie Arts; and his sister Kathleen Arts. He is survived by: his wife Sue Ann Arts; his sons, Robert William Arts and Mark Allen Arts (Kelli); his granddaughter Amanda Mae Arts; his sister Donna Lynn Nelson; his aunt Elsie Rininger; his sibling's children, Megan, Emily and Ben; and his friend Paulie. He is also survived by numerous cousins; beloved friends.
