He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Sue Ruoff; his parents, Clarence Ruoff and Mary Ruoff; and his brother Johnny Ruoff. He is survived by: his children, Steven Ruoff (Sue), Laura Burt (Kevin) and Amy Roedersheimer (Mike); his grandchildren, Megan, Amanda, Katelyn, Hannah, Adam, Ryan, Michael and Haley; his great grandchildren, Anna and Harper; and his siblings, David Ruoff, Paul Ruoff, Marc Ruoff, Karin Elliott and Renetta Morem. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
