He is survived by: his wife Sally Ann Spence of Union; his children, Steven Wayne Spence (Yvonne) of Atlanta, Georgia, Scott Alexander Spence of Melbourne, KY and Cyndi Dawn Henderson (Matthew) of Bardstown; his grandchildren, Erich, Cameron, Maddie, Lauren, Madison, Autumn and Stephanie; and his great grandchild Lincoln.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to Union Baptist Church, 1985 Mt Zion Rd, Union, KY 41091.
