He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank G. and Leona; his wife Ruth Marie; his sister Marilyn McCulley; and his grandson Timothy.
He is survived by: his stepsons, Joseph Ciarlo and Daniel Ciarlo (Connie Jo); his siblings, Frank Musk (Marcia), Richard Musk, Roger Musk (Rose), Kathleen Oberer (Leroy), Phyllis Pollard (Ronald) and Patricia Musk; and his grandchildren, Ruth Ann, Thomas "Bam" and Anthony. He is also survived by Four Great Grandchildren, also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
