She was predeceased by: her parents, William Jasper and Adella M. Afterkirk Black; her husband Edgar "Tom" Haines, Jr.; her daughter Carolyn Haines; her grandson Anthony "Mokey" Haines; and her great grandchild Patience Haines.
She is survived by: her children, Susan Hunt (Jim) of Verona, KY, Sherry Huff (Wayne) of Verona, KY, Edgar Haines of Florence, KY, Richard Haines of Warsaw, KY, Stephen Marc Haines of Dry Ridge, KY, Randy Haines of Williamstown, KY. and Rodney Haines of Williamstown, KY.. She is also survived by Nineteen grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
