He was predeceased by: his parents, James Payne and Lucille Payne. He is survived by: his children, Matthew, Aaron Payne and Sara Young (Michael); his grandchildren, Haley, Shelby, Alyssa and Colton; and his siblings, Ronnie Payne and Wilma Jackson (Dave).
