He was predeceased by: his father Joseph Blake Pentecost Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Elysia Pentecost; his children, Peyton Pentecost and Tanner Pentecost; his aunt Sarah Ann Pentecost; and his close friends, Jeff Pohlgeers, Dave Klump, Todd Catton, Steve Fogle and Dave Bishop. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.

Due to COVID restrictions, masks will be required at the funeral home.
