He was predeceased by: his parents, Winfield Waters and Garnet Waters; his brothers, Gary Waters and Danny Waters; and his siblings-in-law, Laura Lee, Karen Doolin, Daniel Kloeker and Timothy Kloeker.
He is survived by: his wife Marsha Waters; his siblings-in-law, Linda Freeman (Rob), Patty Gilliece, Mark Kloeker (Sherry), Dennis Kloeker (Karen), Ted Kloeker (D'Anna), Michael Kloeker and Gary Kloeker; and his sibling's children, Melinda Amrein (Dan), Jason Waters (Jamie), Bobby Waters and Timothy Waters. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
