He was predeceased by: his parents, Jasper Perkins and Laura Dunn Perkins. He is survived by: his children, Allen Perkins (Brenda) of West Union, Loretta Sue Perkins of Manchester, William Ray Perkins, Randy Lee Perkins, Patricia Lynn Perkins and Rosalie Perkins; and his brothers, Bill and Jack Perkins. He is also survived by several grandchildren & one great granddaughter.
