It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shelly Amber Duncan (Union, Kentucky), who passed away on February 16, 2020, at the age of 51, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Stanley Goetz. She is survived by: her husband Troy Duncan; her daughter Alexa Duncan; her mother Sharon Goetz; her siblings, Stephanie Pike (Wayne) and DeAndre Florence (April); and her brothers-in-law, Tony Duncan and Mark Duncan (Julia). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
