He is survived by : his mother Dolores Clark Maloyed of Upton, KY; his siblings, Kristina Horne, Billy Goodlette and Jeremy Burba; his stepchildren, Ariel Grace Skaggs, Addlynn Skaggs and Gunner Skaggs; and his grandfather Tommy Burba.
