We are sad to announce that on January 16, 2021, at the age of 89, Susan Elizabeth Fields of Upton, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, John Copelin and Lena Highbaugh Copelin; her husband E. Kenneth Fields; and her brothers, Elmo Copelin and Ray Copelin.

She is survived by : her daughters, Virginia Bell (Stanley) of Upton, KY, Jean Oldham (Neal Powell) of Upton, KY and Catherine Earley (Rick) of Upton, KY; her sister Mary Graham of Louisville, KY; her grandchildren, April Edgar (Chris), Daniel Bell, Ashley Salsman (Phillip), Jonalyn Mattingly, Jason Earley (Dana) and Bryan Earley; and her great grandchildren, Amber, Braydon, Lucus, Payton, Preston, Ethan, Landen, Emilee, Addy and Caroline.

The family requests that every visitor wear a mask or face cover and practice social distancing.
