He was predeceased by: his parents, Lucille Duffy and Martin Joseph Duffy. He is survived by: his wife Mary Duffy; his sons, Greg Duffy (Joyce) and Eric Duffy (Missy); his grandson Kyle Duffy; and his sister Carol Duffy Bitzer.
In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
