She is survived by : her husband Robert "Bobby" Cammack; her children, Valerie Cammack of Columbus, OH and Robby Cammack of Cincinnati, OH; and her sister Joyce Lyons (William) of Bethlehem, KY.

In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy can be made in Mary's name to St Elizabeth Hospice 483 S. Loop Rd. Edgewood, KY 41017.
