Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Rita Ann Clements in Elizabethtown, Kentucky, who passed away at the age of 87, on May 27, 2025. She was predeceased by: her husband Archie Clements; her parents, Ed Meinertz and Virginia Meinertz; her siblings, Bob Meinertz and Nancy Servais; and her brother-in-law Ken Hanzlik.
She is survived by: her sons, Dan Clements (Nancy Sheppard), Joseph Clements (Diane Pena) and Tom Clements (Andrea Weimann); her grandchildren, Emma, Ted, Sam, Zachary (Jacque) and Alexander (Loren); her great grandchildren, Everett, Willa and Cashius; her pets, Penny (Tom) and Ginger (Joseph); her siblings, Pat Hanzlik (Ed Carson), Bernie Meinertz (Vicki) and Jack Meinertz (Linda); her siblings-in-law, Dennie Servais and Ruth Meinertz (Seidel); and her friend John Seabloom.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 8th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Chism Family Funeral Home (769 Highland Ave, Vine Grove, KY 40175). A prayer will be held on Sunday, June 8th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, June 8th 2025 at the Knights of Columbus (312 E Main St, Vine Grove, KY 40175).
