She was predeceased by: her parents, Johnnie Hedges, Jr. and Evelyn Pearson Hedges; her grandparents, Mary Maggie Pearson, Van Pearson, Johnnie Hedges Sr. and Lillie Mae Hedges; and her brother Johnny Lewis Hedges.

She is survived by: her children, Melissa Carol "Missy" Reynolds (Gary) of Harrodsburg and James Douglas "Jimmy" Ritchey III (Tara) of Waddy; her grandchildren, Megan Lynn Ritchey (Andy Farmer), Heather Renee Ritchey, Madeline Carol Ritchey, Austin Wyatt Reynolds and Lydia Joy Reynolds; her great grandchild Easton Wayne Farmer; her sisters, Jacqueline Zeller (Gary), Patricia Hedges, Teresa Harp (Perry), Brenda Raisor (Darryl), Angela Hedges and Karen McDowell (Kevin); and her sister-in-law Carolyn Hedges. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
