She was predeceased by : her father Ruben Shepherd; her daughter Danielle Banks; and her sister Sharon. She is survived by : her mother Joyce Creech Shepherd of Cumberland; her husband Joseph J. Thomas of Wallins; her daughters, Holly Sturgill (Stephen) of Whitesburg, Mackenzie Nease of Cumberland, Brittany Noe (Britt) of Harlan and Amber Thomas of Wallins; her sisters, Rita Cornett (Dale) of Cumberland, Rebecca Lewis (Lonnie) of Lynch, Donna Huff (Johnny) of Tazewell, TN, Dorothy Shepherd of Lynch, Lavonna Nelson of Cumberland, Barbara Rogers (Bob) of Benham and Jenny Scott (Tony) of Cowan; and her grandchildren, Charleigh, Madison Sturgill, Arryn Noe and Blossom Halcomb. She is also survived by mother and grandmother, and adored her grandchildren.
Due to the mandates set forth by the Governor of Kentucky, services are limited to 50% of the building capacity with mask being worn at all times for all services with social distancing.
