He is survived by: his wife Karen Code (Coleman); his children, Holly Shepherd, Tammy Johnson, JoAnn Geiman (Tom), Chris Code, Emily Code and Sarah Gonzalez; his siblings, Betty Roland (Dave) and Tom Code; and his grandchildren, Breana, Savannah, Cody, Avery, Liam, Benjamin and Natalie.
