He is survived by: his wife Tammy Brock of Warbranch, KY; his grandchildren, Dylan Brock, Hailey Brock, Breanna Brock, Jensen Smith and Scott Smith; his great grandchildren, Azaylea Ramos and Charlotte White; and his friend Vickie Collett. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
