It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Shane Michael Ruth of Warsaw, Kentucky, born in Sterling, Illinois, who passed away on January 15, 2021, at the age of 42, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his grandfathers, Harold Dean Ruth, Allan Richard "Butch" Howe, Chester Stewart and Walter Fellows; his uncle Tad Howe; his father-in-law Wayne Willis; his brother-in-law Matthew Willis; his nephew Connor Farnham; and his cousin Thad Batton.
He is survived by: his parents, Dane Ruth (Laurie) and Tina Howe Ruth; his wife Nicole Stewart Ruth; his children, Logan Ruth of Warsaw, Kaytie Ruth and McKyla Swinton; his sister Isabella Ruth of Sterling, IL; his grandmothers, Donna Hoover Ruth and Georgia Prophter Howe; his goddaughter Isabella Rose Thomas; his parents-in-law, Sheri Stewart, Catherine Stewart Willis and Michael Claudin; his siblings-in-law, Natasha Stewart Farnham (Jason) and Nathaniel Claudin; and his grandfather-in-law Helen Stewart Fellows. He is also survived by three nieces, two nephews.
Due to Covid-19 restrictions, a public - pass-through only - visitation will be held at Garnett-New Funeral Home from 4:00 pm- 8:00 pm on Monday, January 18.
