It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Norval Harris (Mount Washington, Kentucky), who passed away on June 1, 2025, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Ann Harris; his grandson Bobby Jack Harris; and his siblings, James Hill Harris, Faye Vowell and Mae Louise "Mazie" Elder.
He is survived by: his sons, Jeff, Gregory (Alice) and Chris Harris (Jennifer); his sister Betty Virginia Harris; his grandchildren, Stephanie, Victoria, Abigail, Jade, Paul, Davis and Coleman; his great grandchildren, Leigha, Jarett, Jayla, Harrison, Damon and Finn; and his caregivers, Wanda Lewis and Judy McMahan.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, June 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the McFarland-Troutman-Proffitt Funeral Home (111 N Bardstown Rd, Mt Washington, KY 40047). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 at the Mt. Washington Cemetery.
