As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Patricia may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Walker and Evelyn Walker; and her daughter Elisa Harder. She is survived by: her husband Jerry Harder; her siblings, Kenneth Scott Walker, Sr., Anita Walker and Elaine Guttmann; and her granddaughter Katie.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 12th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Monday, October 13th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the McFarland-Troutman-Proffitt Funeral Home (111 N Bardstown Rd, Mt Washington, KY 40047). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 at the Louisville Memorial Gardens-West.
