He is survived by: his daughter Stacy Nelson (Rodney) of Wayland; his grandchildren, Justin (Tiffany), Samantha (Henry), Chad (Whitney) and Cameron; his son-in-law Steve Jacobs; his great grandchildren, Summer, Cooper, Kade and Kallaway; and his siblings, Bruce Bentley of Manning, David Bentley of Texas, Betty Bentley of Prestonsburg, Charlotte Bentley of Prestonsburg and Novella Froman of Pikeville.
