He was predeceased by: his parents, Estill Parman and Hazel Hundley Parman; and his siblings, Donna Parman, Damon Rick Parman and Darrell Parman.
He is survived by: his wife Lois Butler-Parman; his daughters, Beth Marie Parman of Webster, Tracy Langley (Gary) and Melissa Parman of Louisville; his sister Lona Geraldine Tooley; and his grandchildren, Draydon McClure, Zachary Beck, Kaylee Beck, Levi Langley and Shelbi West. He is also survived by 3 great-grandchildren.
