It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Martha Jean Dowell (Webster, Kentucky), who passed away on November 14, 2019, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, James William and Christine Jeckers Pevlor; and her husband Hubert "Macey" Dowell. She is survived by: her children, Jimmy Dowell (Janet) of Webster, Frankie Dowell (Lottie) and Tammy Carwile (William) of Elizabethtown, KY; her brother Willie Pevlor of Louisville, KY; and her close friend Carrie Storms. She is also survived by six grandchildren & seven great-grandchildren.
