He is survived by: his wife Anna Jeanette Garris; his children, William Braxton Garris, III of Wilson, NC, Virginia Michelle Kreiner (Chris) of Winston Salem, NC, Stacie Cain (Timothy) of Irvington, Ronald Pipes (Jennifer) of Louisville, Susan Bailey (Craig) of Youngsville, NC., Stephanie O'Connor (Tim) of Whiting, NJ. and Lisa Allen (Alan) of Lucama, NC.; and his sisters, Martha Rouse of Trenton, NC. and Kathy Phelps (Ken) of Roseville, MI.. He is also survived by 24 grandchildren; and 28 great-grandchildren.
