She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Slone and Lizzie Jacobs Slone; her husband Charles Tackett; her daughter Johnnie Mae Mosley; and her siblings, Tom Slone, Ellis Slone, Helen Smallwood, Gertie Smallwood and Peggy Hall.
She is survived by: her children, Ronnie Tackett of Somerset, Danny Tackett of Melvin, Kentucky and Patricia Stanley of Melvin, Kentucky; her siblings, Russell Slone, Robert Lacy Slone, Gracie Adkins, Hester Slone and Hazel Slone; her grandchildren, Jessi, Matt, Daniel and Krishta Danielle; her great grandchildren, Aaron, Ollie, Colton, Arionna and Mimi; and her pet Tips.
