He is survived by: his siblings, Charles Horn of Weeksbury, Kentucky and Michelle Horn (Kelly Jo) of Ashland, Kentucky; his grandchild Brooklyn Wessling; his siblings' children, Jaycee Stevens, Marley Stevens, Christopher Hall (Michelle) and Amanda Hall; and his great-nephews, Alex Hall and Jacob Hall.
