She is survived by : her husband Vince Blevins; her son Steven Blevins (Denise) of Weeksbury, KY; her siblings, Gordon Ray Mosley of Germantown, OH, Gene, Charles Wesley Mosley of Wilmington, OH, Judith Ann Mullins of Kite, KY, Sharon Kaye Mullins of Prestonsburg, KY and Alice Faye Dillon of Mount Vernon, IN; her grandchildren, Josh Blevins and Emily Blevins; and her great grandchild Josie Blevins.
