He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Tharp and Clara Wilson Tharp. He is survived by: his children, Jimmie Tharp (Sharon), Charles Tharp (Mary), Eddy Tharp (Carolyn) and Ann Howard of West Liberty; his siblings, Thelma Johnson of Winchester, Carlis Tharp of South Shore, Edward Tharp of Argellite, Herman, Bill, Osborne, Tom and Earl Tharp; and his grandson Grandsons.
