He was predeceased by: his father Harry Junior Holbrook; his stepfather Ronnie Nantell; his grandparents, Grant, Fronie Holbrook and Sanford (Melda Ward); and his aunts and uncles, Charles Ward, Harold Holbrook, Jim Holbrook, Palmer Holbrook, John Holbrook, Ruth Skaggs, Zelma Jenkins, Judy Francis, Elizabeth Holbrook, Easter Smith and Louise Griffey.
He is survived by: his mother Donna Gail Ward Phipps (Frank); his brother Sanford Holbrook (Stephanie) of Mount Olivet; his aunts and uncles, Gary Ward (Jean), Grant Holbrook (Mildred), J. D. Jenkins, Nevlee Reed, Connie Hunter (Bill) and Gay Ward; his sibling's children, Alexis Holbrook (Don Wells), John Hendrix (Caitlin), Lyle Hendrix (Desarie), Justin Hendrix (Mary Lauren) and Brandon Burden (Renea Potter); his caregiver Maxine Kalb; and his pets, Sushi and Pepper. He is also survived by several great nieces, great nephews, and cousins.
